- Wexford County Council seeks to establish a multiparty framework for the design and delivery of a range of Strategic Capability Development Programmes targeted at the ambitious Owner/Managers in Local Enterprise Office Wexford-s client Portfolio. ----- Proposals are sought in respect of 6 lots • Lot 1: Leadership Development • Lot 2: Management Development • Lot 3: Export Development • Lot 4: Innovation Capability Development • Lot 5: Strategic Financial Capability Development • Lot 6: Other Strategic Development programmes -----These programmes are designed to match entrepreneurs and small business owner/managers with experienced, insightful business trainers/ consultants with a track record of delivery. Each Training programme must impower attendees by adhering to the following overarching principles: Inspire, Educate, Coach and Advise and Execute.
